Yermi Kurkus is the strategic architect behind the PeopleFlow⢠System and serves as Chief Strategy Officer for founder-led companies positioned for significant scale.
He works with growth-driven business leaders who lead high-performing teams and want to expand without losing clarity, culture, or control. His clients share three traits: theyâre growth-oriented, optimistic, and people-focusedâleaders who believe that people are the core of profit.
